Capabilities

Fixed shifts

Regular weekly slots the staff is expected to work. Tick a time to make it strict — they must be on shift at exactly that time. Optionally restrict the shift to specific capabilities.

Weekly availability

Additional times the staff can pick up extra shifts beyond their fixed shifts. Add multiple windows on a day for split shifts.

Per-date overrides

Replace the weekday default for a specific date — overrides only add availability. Use a holiday to remove a date entirely.

Holidays

Full days off — staff unavailable for the entire date. Pick a single day or a date range.
